- Support and system engineers – for these users the training concentrates on how Busby runs and how to track potential faults. This is essential knowledge if your Busby system has to be operational 24×7.
- Scripting and development engineers – this training goes into details on how to use Busby as a toolkit, how to create your own workflows and use Busby to solve your own unique problems.
In both cases the syllabus is adapted to suit the exact system being deployed.
